Do I need to make an appointment?
No appointment is required and you will always be welcomed at our place! However, we have an online appointment booking system. We strongly recommend that you make an appointment in advance to avoid any waiting.

How much time do you need?
Taking a picture of your iris and optimizing it only takes a few minutes! The total time will then depend on the number of irises to be photographed.

Where are you located?
We are located in the beautiful city of Namur, right in the city center. Our address is rue du Président 30, 5000 Namur
HOW DOES THE PHOTO SESSION (animals) WORK?
The principle is the same as for humans: we invite you to choose which eye will be photographed (if you only want one eye; sometimes we are asked to take both).
We make the animal sit or let it lie down (for horses, they must be held upright and kept still).
The owner will have to focus his attention while the photographer takes several shots. Since the eyes of animals are much rounder than those of humans, several shots are necessary in order to capture all the layers of color and reliefs. As always, a small light is placed on the side to accentuate the details of the iris.
It is important that the owner is present; if the main master is not there, it will be EXTREMELY complicated.
Provide things he likes to attract the dog and make sure he is in good conditions.
Gently clean eyes in the morning.
Avoid brushing the dog after cleaning its eyes to prevent hair from falling into the eyes.

How does the Iris Studio experience work?

How many irises can I add to a photo?
Our formats allow us to place up to 6 irises on the same print. Come and discover our solutions by visiting the studio.

What is the minimum age to experience Iris Studio?
We recommend taking pictures from the age of 10. However, a photograph before the age of 10 is possible if the child can stay still and keep their gaze fixed to take the photograph.

Can a person be added to a draw after the fact?
Yes, it is possible to create a new work by adding a new person to a print already made. We keep the shots for 1 year.

Is photographing my iris dangerous?
Iris photography is absolutely safe for the eye. We use a high definition camera and 2 teleported flashes. The session is completely painless, there is no contact with the eye and it only takes a few minutes.

What payment methods do you accept?
All on-site transactions are carried out in cash and via the Payconiq banking application.

What are your rates?
Here are our prices for shooting:
1 iris: 45 euros, 2 irises: 90 euros,
3 irises: 135 euros, 4 irises: 180 euros,
5 irises: 225 euros, 6 irises: 270 euros.
Added to this is the price of your print media.

What are your safety and hygiene measures?
Our studio continues to apply Covid recommendations. Our shooting station is cleaned between each client.

What does the price include?
- Taking pictures of your irises.
- High resolution digital files sent by email within three days.

What is the delivery time?
Delivery to your home is carried out by our partners DHL and UPS. The delivery time of our products is 5 to 7 working days.

Can I change my order once it is sent to production?
Once an order is sent to production, decisions made during the initial selection process are final and cannot be changed. Due to the personalized and totally unique nature of your photography, no refunds or returns can be made.

There is a problem receiving my order
In the event of a problem upon receipt of your order (scratches; breakages; non-compliant quality, etc.), you have 3 days to report this incident and contact our support at the following address: info@iris-studio.be
Our team will assist you in resolving the problem and a new print will be sent if the defects found are our responsibility or that of the carrier.

Can I track the delivery of my order?
Once the order is produced by the laboratory, we will send you the delivery tracking number.
